NV Energy offers several energy efficiency rebate programs that can help customers reduce energy use by up to 25 percent and save money on their monthly bill, just in time for summer.

Air Conditioner Maintenance and Replacement: The CheckMe! Plus AC Rebate Program provides tune ups, duct sealing and early replacements. AC maintenance can help prolong the lifespan of current units, address leakage issues and increase overall system efficiency. AC system maintenance can potentially save customers up to 20 percent off associated energy costs. Visit NVEnergy.com/AC to select a contractor and schedule an appointment.

Pool Pump Rebates: Customers that invest in a variable speed pool pump can save up to 80 percent on energy costs associated with pool operation. To find a participating retailer and learn more about qualifying for the $200 instant rebate, visit NVEnergy.com/PoolPumps.

Refrigerator Recycling:  Old refrigerators or freezers can use up to three times as much energy as newer ones. NV Energy will pick up an extra refrigerator for free, recycle it and give the customer a $50 rebate, saving them up to $140 a year on energy bills.
