NV Energy And California ISO Agree To Study Potential Of Transmission Between California And Nevada

LAS VEGAS, Aug. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- NV Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NVE) announced today that, together with California Independent System Operator Corporation (ISO), the two entities will jointly study the potential for development of transmission facilities between the two systems, as well as sharing conventional and renewable energy resources for the benefit of the respective customer groups. The joint study could begin as early as this August.
