LAS VEGAS, May 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- NV Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NVE) announced that its board of directors today declared a cash dividend of $0.19 per share, payable on June 19, 2013 to shareholders of record on June 4, 2013.
