Since the events of September 11, Sierra Pacific has undertaken additional measures and heightened awareness in our mail processing system.

U.S. Mail sent to and from Sierra Pacific Power Company is handled separately from mail sent to and from Microsoft Licensing.

The Sierra Pacific mailroom handles inbound and outbound mail from Sierra Pacific Power Company ONLY. Microsoft Licensing maintains a separate mail distribution system. Mail from the two companies is not combined until it reaches the U.S. Postal service with all other mail.

Customers need not be concerned that mail they receive from Sierra Pacific has been exposed to anything unusual.
