Senator Richard Bryan, Rose McKinney-James, CEO Corporation for Solar Technology and Renewable Resources, and Randy Harness, Chairman, Sierra Club Conservation Committee are the first customers to enroll in the Nevada Power Company Green Power program. These dignitaries along with Nevada Power Company CEO Chuck Lenzie and Vice Presidents Cindy Gilliam, Sally Galati, and Glora Banks Weddle signed up to participate in this innovative program.

Green Power will give customers the option of rounding up their electric bill to the next five-dollar increment or designating a flat dollar amount on each power bill to go toward the development of solar power in southern Nevada.
